This qualification meets the mandatory requirements for employment in licensed venues. It provides students with an understanding of your rights and responsibilities regarding the service of alcohol to others and is valid within Queensland for 3 years. Our courses are run at our training facilities at 58 hope Street South Brisbane QLD 4101, is 4 hours and once your assessment has been completed successfully you will receive your certificate ON THE SPOT - so no waiting or losing it in the mail, you receive it the same day you train.

This qualification is soon to be mandatory in those employed in licensed venues. It provides students with an understanding of your rights and responsibilities regarding gambling by patrons in their facility, and the certificate is valid in Queensland for 3 years. This is traditionally a distance education course but we require access to the internet, so for convenience we it can be completed in our computer lab at our training facilities at 58 hope Street South Brisbane QLD 4101. You can expect to take approximately 4 hours, and once your assessment has been completed successfully you will receive your certificate ON THE SPOT - so no waiting or losing it in the mail, you receive it the same day you train.

Queensland parliament passed the law in October 2003 requiring liquor licenses to undertake this mandatory training course. Our two day course has a focus on liquor laws and best practices in venue management.
