Understanding your
student offer

Congratulations you have been issued with a Letter of Offer to study with College Australia. Now please take the time to read and understand the information provided in your Welcome Pack and follow these easy steps.

2. Accept your offer

Please read your International Student Offer Acceptance Agreement:

To accept the offer:
– complete and sign the online International Offer Acceptance Agreement.
– attach the required documentation to show that conditions have been met (if your offer is conditional).

3. Pay your fees

After you have submitted your International Offer Acceptance Agreement and before your Letter of Offer expires, you should:
• pay the tuition fees as stated in your Letter of Offer using the online payment system
• pay for Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) as stated in your Offer, or arrange your own for the duration of your visa. If you decide to purchase your own OSHC please provide a copy of your receipt when requesting your Confirmation of Enrolment.

Payment of the full amount should be made in Australian dollars via:
• credit card
• Paypal
• deposit or telegraphic transfer to the account specified in your Offer.

If you pay by direct deposit or telegraphic transfer, you must provide proof of payment (such as a receipt).

Once you have made payment please complete the Confirmation of Enrolment Request and Payment Advice Form.

We will verify your payment and issue you with your electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) via email.

4. Apply for your international student visa

Once you receive your eCoE, visit the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) website to create an ImmiAccount and apply for your Student Visa (subclass 500) or visit your selected Education Agent.

When you have received your visa from DIBP please notify College Australia by completing the Visa Advice Form.
